Items are despatched within 48-72 hours making the average UK delivery about 3-5 working days. All goods will be posted in the UK will be sent through DHL, requiring a signature at the delivery address. Buyers purchasing in the UK, Europe and Worldwide will have FREE POSTAGE for orders over £50. There is a charge of £3.50 for orders under £50. At present we are only shipping to the UK
Returns
Should you wish to return an item of footwear please email us your details then ensure the shoes are returned in immaculate and re-sale-able condition within 14 days for an exchange or refund to:
Returns Team, Indoor Rock, Top Floor, 44 Lightburn Road, Ulverston, LA12 0AU, UK. Please enclose your receipt as proof of purchase.
We advise you to obtain a "Proof of Posting" certificate from your post office when returning shoes as we cannot be held responsible for items lost on return to us.
Please note that any original postage and packaging costs cannot be refunded as they are direct costs.
If the packaging is damaged we will charge an additional £10 as you have stopped us selling as new.
